Ursula Smartt JP MA MPhil PGDipLaw

Ursula has lectured on undergraduate law programmes at Surrey University, New College of the Humanities (Bloomsbury, London), Portsmouth and West London University for more than twenty years. Her teaching and lecturing include The English Legal System, Public and Administrative Law, Criminal Law and Criminal Justice Systems, Intellectual Property and Media Law; Criminology. She has been a personal tutor and dissertation supervisor alongside her teaching and learning commitments.

She has published widely. Her latest work is the fourth edition of the successful text book Media and Entertainment Law, which appeared in December 2019.
